Amy is a licensed associate at Vanguard Investments, Inc. focusing on the Hollywood Submarket (Hollywood, West Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Hancock Park, Miracle Mile, Koreatown and Mid-Wilshire). She worked as an executive assistant to a top residential broker at Gibson International in Brentwood, CA. Amy assisted with all aspects of the business including listing and selling of properties, transaction coordinating, marketing, social media marketing, listing presentations, showing property to buyers, open houses, comparable marketing analysis, blogging, public relations/press releases, attended Steve Shull Real Estate Seminars and Coaching classes, attended Cloud CMA Plus classes, organized client files, created digital filing system, attended marketing meetings and developed marketing ideas for the business, fielded client calls, managed the extensive client contact database, created and sent email marketing tools to clients, drafted client letters, managed client emails and much more.
 
Shortly after, she moved on to commercial brokerage.  She recently started at Vanguard Investments as a licensed real estate agent.  She is currently working on market research and acting as a full-time agent.  She is constantly researching and updating the current economic indicators in her market area. Her primary focus is to help buyers and sellers investing in multi-family apartment buildings achieve their goals of maximizing overall profits on their investment.
