Arthur H. Arejian

CEO of Vanguard Investment Group Inc. based in Beverly Hills, Arthur H. Arejian, a Philadelphia native and an All-American Soccer Player, attended Villanova U & Penn State U in Pennsylvania with a BA in Business.

After relocating to Southern California in 1989, Arejian started his career at Marcus & Millichap Los Angeles in 1991. There he obtained the national outstanding achievement award for six consecutive years and later promoted to Senior Investment Associate in 1997.

Later Arejian was named the #1 Re/Max Commercial Agent in the United States for the subsequent two years. 2001 & 2002.

Arejian has since then gained 31 years of multi-family brokerage and acquisition experience Arejian founded Vanguard in 2000 as a leading Boutique Multi-Family Investment Real Estate Brokerage & Advisory firm. At Vanguard, Arejian successful closed hundreds of notable multifamily transactions for seller clients in his tenure, along with over 20,000 units in the last 10 years and $450 Million in transactional volume between 2018-2021, and $1 Billion of transaction volume in 10 years.

Arejian development career began in 2001 with the first acquisition and over the years he has purchased 15 multiple value add multifamily, hospitality, & commercial assets in Los Angeles, Arizona, Ohio and Hawaii totaling $50M dollars.

Arejian is a proud father of two boys, an avid athlete, traveler, collector of music, enjoys beach activities, skiing, hiking, yoga, sports events, golf, and playing the guitar.
