Arthur H. Arejian is the president of Vanguard Investments, Inc. Arejian began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 1991 as an investment real estate broker. After winning the national outstanding achievement award for six consecutive years, he was promoted to Senior Associate in 1997. He joined Re/Max in 2000 where his career continued to soar. Arejian was the #1 Re/Max Commercial Agent in the US for 2001 and the #2 Commercial Agent for 2002.

Kevin is the Director of Operations at Vanguard Investments, Inc. Licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson by the state of California, and has spent many years as a broker at Vanguard Investments. His career started with a brief stint as a residential agent, from which he moved on to property supervision and finally landed in commercial brokerage.He started at Vanguard Investments as a licensed assistant under Arthur Arejian many years ago. Kevin McLeod quickly worked his way up through the ranks wearing many hats, such as office & personnel manager, escrow coor¬dinator, director of marketing + researchand full-time broker. Learning the business from the ground up from many different viewpoints has led to a wide variety of tools to take down any task, project, or problem that may arise. clients with the utmost diligence, honesty, and integrity.

Jon graduated from Pitzer College, member of the Claremont Colleges Consortium, Majoring in Economics/Finance. With a concentration in international business, he has studied abroad in the United Kingdom as well as traveled much of Europe and Asia.
With professional experience in commercial real estate, he started his career at Starboard TCN in San Francisco where he was an economic research analyst, providing analysis and economic trends that motivate the movement of the San Francisco commercial real estate market, an essential service to landlords and tenants alike. He has a strong worth ethic built on servicing his clients with the utmost diligence, honesty, and integrity.
In 2012, Jon joined Keller Williams Commercial in Cupertino where he was responsible for real estate analysis for one of the highest grossing sales teams in Northern California. Focused on mainly REO and Bank Foreclosure sales, he was able to successfully represent a multitude of distressed property sales.
In 2013, Jon Tran joined Vanguard Investments as a Financial Analyst focused on Multi-family property underwriting and marketing. With an innovative team oriented approach at Vanguard Investments, we are able to provide the highest standard of service in the Seller representation and investment sales in Los Angeles.

As the President of Vanguard’s Executive Assistant, Monica Morfin directly supports Arejian in the cultivation of new business opportunities, client relationships and providing the most up-to-date research and market analysis. Fresh to LA and commercial real estate, she is working towards building a foundation of industry knowledge and expertise under Arthur’s mentorship.
Monica has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.

Jared is a licensed associate at Vanguard Investments, Inc. He recently graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Regional Development. During school he researched different geographical locations and learned everything from drawing maps to researching businesses finances in those locations.
Jared Passin worked briefly as an Executive Assistant for Lauren Rauschenberg at Sotheby’s Realty in Calabasas, CA. Jared assisted Lauren in all aspects of her business, i.e., client contact, listing and selling of properties, marketing, social networking, Agent Visual Inspections, listing presentations, showing property to buyers, Progressive Broker's Open Houses, Matrix Property Searches, Comparable Marketing Analysis, created her Facebook business page, created blogs for the company website, managed her twitter accounts, created her LinkedIn account, attended Matrix classes, attended Cloud CMA Plus classes, organized her client files, worked with and attended marketing meetings and developed marketing ideas for her business, fielded client calls, updated her extensive client contact base, created and sent E-correspondence marketing tools to clients, drafted client letters, managed client emails and much more.
Shortly after, he moved on to commercial brokerage. He recently started at Vanguard Investments as a licensed real estate agent under Arthur Arejian. He is currently working on market research and acting as a full-time agent. He is constantly researching and updating the current economic indicators in his market area. His primary focus is to help buyers and sellers investing in multi-family apartment buildings achieve their goals of maximizing overall profits on their investment.
He is focusing on the Hollywood Submarket (Hollywood, West Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Hancock Park, Miracle Mile, Koreatown and Mid-Wilshire).
